Offering Certified Soil Profiles and Septic System Installations for Southern Oklahoma
Don’t be defrauded by licensed septic system installers or septic system designers.
Many installers will recommend a septic system that is not suitable to the soil or site.
When an incompatible septic system is installed, the customer is left with a malfunctioning septic system which is a costly health hazard.
There are designers and site evaluators that do not follow the State minimum requirements set by TCEQ when planning a septic system.

Designing and Site Evaluations
The State of Texas regulating agency, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), requires all septic systems to be compatible with soil types, topography, and other regulations. Consulting with a licensed septic system designer and site evaluator prior to installing a septic system can save you from having an illegal septic system or an inferior product installed.
Maintenance Provider and Repairs
Maintenance contracts are required to comply with TCEQ and county regulations. A maintenance provider is licensed to repair septic systems in accordance with manufacturer standards and TCEQ regulations.
Consultation
Many lenders, investors, business owners, and home builders will desire a preliminary study before financing or investing. By evaluating the project and property, an appropriate plan can be formulated. In many instances, septic systems can be upgraded to State and County standards and regulations which may result in monetary savings. Home-builders, RV parks, proposed subdivisions, laundry mats, churches, restaurants, convenience stores, and other businesses which require septic systems should consider a preliminary study.
A preliminary study will ensure adequate acreage is available for the proposed project and the disposal area of the septic system.
